DDoS attack
The collection is inspired by irrational consumption of digital media. Open wires, microschemes, digital and analog signal interpretations are used in the clothing collection. Also, punk subculture was chosen as the source of inspiration, where protest against the problems of 7th decade is resettled into the protest of today‘s unreasonable use of digital media and technology. Oversized unisex style silhouettes dominate in the collection, which compete against clinging forms, creating contrast. Original material textures were created for the collection using both traditional (sewing, knitting, embroidery, wool felting) and modern (laser engraving and cutting, thermal film plotting) techniques. Technologies become a part of ourselves, so this topic is set side by side with clothing, which is also a crucial part of us.
